- International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Echo Swim purchase. Please read the following carefully before requesting a return or exchange.
Returns
You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided that:
- Items are unworn and in pristine condition, with all hygiene stickers and labels intact.
- Items are returned in their original packaging.
- Items show no signs of wear, damage, or fake tan stains — these will not be accepted.
All returns are inspected thoroughly upon receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. To request a return, email hello@echoswim.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be sent to you.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. The same product condition requirements above apply. To request an exchange, email hello@echoswim.co.uk, use our Contact Form, or reach out via Instagram DM. Exchange instructions will be provided once your request is approved.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you’re entitled to a full refund or replacement in line with UK consumer protection law. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photo evidence of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
