EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your Echo Swim purchase. Please read the following carefully before requesting a return or exchange.
Returns
You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:

Items must be unworn and in pristine condition, with all hygiene stickers and labels intact

Items must be returned in their original packaging

Returns showing signs of wear, damage, fake tan stains, or physical damage will not be accepted

All returned items will be inspected thoroughly upon receipt

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note the same product condition requirements listed above apply.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement in line with UK consumer protection law.
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photo evidence of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
